Job Description

National company with over 100 person call center seeks a call center manager. Minimum 2 year proven call center management and 5 years in sales (preferably call center sales) preferred. Experience with VOIP outbound calling software systems. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Familiarity with CRM concepts and sales implementation of campaigns. Military experience highly valued.
Company has been very successful for over 25 years , full benefits and plenty of room for growth but if you don't have call center experience you will not be considered.
